About MentoringFusion

MentoringFusion is a publication dedicated to helping organizations design and run mentorship programs that actually work.

Most organizations want mentorship. Few have the time, structure, or tools to run one well. That’s where this newsletter comes in.

Here, you’ll find practical guidance drawn from real programs — what succeeds, what stalls, and what makes mentorship meaningful for both mentors and mentees. Every article is built to help you create a program that improves retention, leadership, connection, and community.

Why This Exists

MentoringFusion started the moment I realized how unnecessarily hard mentorship administration had become.

Three of us — all extremely capable women — sat around a table with multiple spreadsheets, trying to remember what one mentor said, what a mentee needed, and how to match the two without dropping any details. It was overwhelming, tedious, and it took weeks. And this was for a community that cared deeply about mentorship.

That pain point is what sparked MentoringFusion:
mentorship deserves better than spreadsheets, guesswork, and burnout.

This publication continues that mission by sharing the frameworks, templates, insights, and stories that make mentorship programs easier and more impactful.
